Outreach Offices
ERBA
maintains ten staffed Outreach Offices in the nine counties it serves. Staff
members at the local offices are trained in basic information and
referral. They are trained to assist
with problems relative to social services. To maintain an effective service
delivery system, a networking of information on programs offered by ERBA as
well as other Social Service Agencies and Organizations in available to the
individual in need of assistance. This serves to provide the individual with
the best possible resource guide. This service is funded in part by the State
of Illinois, Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity through a
Community Services Block Grant.
All Outreach offices are open M-F 8-12 and 1-4.
